BPAL Whoring
So there are lots of wanka BPAL fans, and I'm sure lots of us are in the same boat: a box of imps, yet only a half dozen that are keepers. On the general principle that it's more fun to do this sort of thing with people you're at least vaguely acquainted with, consider this an open post for listing your tradeable/sellable imps. Other brands of perfumes and assorted body products (like LUSH) are also acceptable.

ETA: And, uh, BPAL-n00bs are totally welcome XD If you have something to trade, awesome, if you don't, lots of people are looking to sell!

GENERAL GUIDELINES JUST SO WE'RE ALL CLEAR:
1) Establish whether you're interested in trading or selling or what have you, or if there are bottles you're only willing to sell (some of the rares, for example) or whatevahs. Just so we're all clear ♥
2) I leave questions of price, shipping and payment up to individual swappers and sellers, etc. etc. etc. Email is suggested. Please do not be posting your addresses and paypal names and numbers here. The purpose of this post is to find out what other people have and what they're willing to part with it for - the actual mechanics of swapping are completely left up to you.
3) Note whether a bottle is half-full or whatevahs, i.e. play fair.
4) Be excellent to each other.

You may totally get in on this! I know [info]onaga was mentioning selling instead of swapping primarily, and I'm sure other peeps will be selling too. And hell, I'll sell if it comes down to it.

Yeah, they take a righteous age to ship! On the plus side, it does encourage the semi-underground market to florish, and you get them cheaper this way, normally. It's like crazyland economics. And seriously, I am like the only person who avoids selling, (it's a long story of woe involving some Paypal issues), so you shouldn't have trouble getting imps from people.

They don't take as long as they used to - it used to be up to eight weeks, but now they're down to two to four.

It seems to take longer if you order right after a big update, which makes sense because they're slammed with orders at that point.

I've scads of GC imps to swap- I've been delaying putting together my swap list, plus I've got some LE's I'd be willing to decant from for the right trade.

I would prefer if you request two or more imps, just to make it actually worth the shipping. If there's nothing else for it, I shall bite the bullet, but it makes it easier on me if you ask for a couple.

Also, my own wishlist: Mouse's Long and Sad Tale, Othello, Bess, anything orangey and/or spicy you might be making with the suggesting of.

Take a look at my swap list here in my Journalfen (Top entry.) and see what you like.
I have spare imps of Othello and Bess Not sure of level on either in my 'keep' box but it wouldn't kill me part with them.
Do you like Akuma? It's main note is Blood Orange. Fruit seldom does good thing on me and I KEEP getting imps of it from the lab.

I've got a lot of partial and/or beat-up-looking imps I'd be willing to sell/swap(not just for BPAL, I'm always up for other offers)/throw in free with other stuff.

Okay, I give. I'm intrigued by BPAL but don't have any to swap. I can pay, but I also have some Demeter perfumes I'd be willing to part with: Prickly Pear, Thunderstorm, Poison Ivy, Caramel, and a really really old bottle of Fireplace.

Just so's you guys know. I'll come back later with a list of stuff I'm looking to try, but if anyone's interested in the Demeter stuff specifically, drop me a line.

Maybe someone who is not me should create a JF BPAL community so we don't all hijack your journal. Honestly, I'd rather deal with my fellow wankas than some of the wankers on the BPAL LJ communities or forum.

How full are the partial bottles? See, I'm pretty much a sucker for things with notes like in those scents, so if they smell terrible on me I will still sniff the bottle til' the end of time/find someone it works on and sniff them to death.

The Bloody Sword has about an imp and a half or so left in it. R.M. Renfield is right around half full - probably about three-four imps in it. :) For the two of them, plus shipping in the US, I'd ask about $16 ($4 for The Bloody Sword, $10 for Renfield, plus $2 shipping). If there's anything else you're looking for, let me know - I have a lot of stuff I haven't gotten around to selling or swapping yet. ;D

Dorian. It's every bit as good as the reviews. Sin is good too, if you like spicy/incense-y scents. Bloodlust is another one you might want to check out.

Iago is *terrific* on guys. And I don't even like leather! And Nosferatu is damn sexy, too. Both of them work on girls, too, of course. :) I'll second the recommendation for Dorian, which is good on anyone. Ever. And though I've been called crazy, I find Embalming Fluid a good, light, but masculine scent.
