They are standing outside Last Rites and Mikey is obviously nervous and Frank can't help but notice despite the fact he already getting the relaxed feeling he gets anticipating the feeling of the needle on his skin. He is just barely holding back from actually bouncing on the balls of his feet as they have a last cigarette before they go in.
