| 9:59 pm | Willem Dafoe and Bruno Santos-Dafoe, Missing Each Other (players only, current - though a couple of days before Antonio visits Willem on set) Willem sighs. It's almost lunchtime and he's missed Bruno the last three times he's tried to call. Antonio has been there, but he has wanted to talk with Bruno too. He knows his husband was working or with Jennifer but as wonderful as Antonio is to speak to - and he is - Willem really wants to at least talk for a few minutes to Bruno. He misses him while he's away filming. Bruno sets Jennifer down for her nap since she's just gotten done eating and just about that time the phone rings...again. Since he's given the nanny the day off he hasn't been able to get to the phone once before it stops ringing and before he can call Willem back Jennifer would cry or throw a fit so he waited to talk to his husband. Not this time though. He takes off running, skidding through the hallway before coming to a stop in the master bedroom and grabbing the phone. "Baby?" | 9:52 pm | Willem Dafoe and Sean Patrick Flanery meet up in London (way backdated - takes place early July 2006) (players only) Walking through the halls of Citadel, Willem makes his way to the bar. It's a quiet afternoon, and Bruno is off doing something, which Willem is not sure he wants to know about. Okay, he does, but his husband - and that is still a surprise to him to think sometimes - has the most creative and interesting ideas when it comes to surprises, so he didn't press him. Much. Going into the bar, it's too early for a drink, though he's noticed others who don't seem to have the same principles - or, being charitable, may have their body clocks on a different schedule. Still, when he goes up to the bar, he orders orange juice and turns around, surveying the people and not seeing anyone he knows yet. Then he spies a familiar face. "Sean," he waves. He wonders again if he should give up doing stunts as his muscles protest. He pours a drink, just one, and tries to work up the energy to at least order dinner. Then there's a knock on the door. "If this is the director with new changes, I'll punch him," Willem mutters as he makes his way to the door, opening. "Yes...?" Antonio has been planning the surprise visit for a while and when his schedule finally looked like it would clear up, he jumped on the chance. He couldn't help grinning as he heard Willem muttering behind the door. "Don't punch me," he greets Willem with a laugh, having heard that last line. "You are the most beautiful little girl in the world." He holds her and lets her little head rest on his shoulder, supporting her with his arm. He leans over to kiss her soft cheek. "Such a good baby girl I have, I'm the luckiest man in the world to have you and your daddy and Antonio..." | 10:53 pm | Visible only to Bruno Santos Dafoe and Antonio Banderas I just don't feel right making this fully private. Not after spending such a wonderful holiday with you both. And it was wonderful, wasn't it? I loved spending the holidays with you two and Jennifer and Danny. And his girlfriend, I was surprised she took the three of us so well. I guess when you find out that one of your favourite movie stars is married to a man, that there's another isn't as big a shock as it might be. Or something. But she was very sweet. I'm not sure Danny's very serious about her for some reason, just something I picked up on. But I can't live his life for him, now can I? I'm his father, yes, but he has to make his own stumbles in life. Anyway. I just wanted to say here how blessed I am to have you both and my children. I love you and I look forward to everything that's in store for us in the next year, and beyond. |

Of the turbulence of life, of how it changes and flows and ebbs and things that you take for granted change, and sometimes it's for the good and sometimes it's for the learning (it can seem bad at the time, though, god knows). And of the present. Of Bruno, lying here with his head in my lap as I type on the laptop on the bed. Of Antonio on my other side. Having them both here. I'm such a lucky man. |

| 10:52 pm | Willem and Antonio Banderas meet up after their intense scene with Bruno Santos and explore some new Willem's a bit concerned. He's talked with Antonio on the phone a couple of times since the scene, but he has seemed... off. Finally he's got a day to himself, and Bruno's working, so he leaves Jennifer with the nanny and calls Antonio, asking him to meet him at Citadel. He's in the bar, sipping water, because at eleven-thirty in the morning he can't possibly justify alcohol, and waiting. Antonio is glad that Willem's asked him to meet him. Physically, he's healed, but ever since he got back to his own apartment, he was feeling weird. Like something was missing in his life. And there is something else, something he can't put a finger on yet. He finds Willem's the moment he walks into the bar and joins him at the table. "Willem," he greets him, smiling.
